The 17 confirmed PS5 accessibility features

The PlayStation Store page lists these. They are grouped the way Sony groups them.

GroupFeatures

AudioVolume Controls, Mono Audio
Subtitles and captionsSubtitles (Advanced), Large Subtitles
ControlsAdjustable Stick Sensitivity (Basic), Adjustable Stick Inversion (Basic), Playable without Motion Controls, Playable without Touch Controls, Playable without Controller Vibration, Playable without Adaptive Trigger Effect
GameplayAdjustable Difficulty (Basic), Tutorial Reminders, Game Pausing, Manual Saving

Two of these are worth quoting because they settle debates: Adjustable Difficulty means an alternative pre-set difficulty level can be chosen, and Manual Saving means you can create manual save points that let you return exactly where you left off. More on both on Difficulty and Saves.

The PS5 version also supports DualSense vibration and adaptive trigger effects, and both can be turned off.

⚠️ Unreliable descriptor. The same descriptor includes a template line claiming the game has no spoken dialogue. That contradicts the Switch store's "Voiced characters" tag and the trailers, so it is boilerplate and this wiki does not repeat it.

What players are asking for on PC

The demo week Steam forum produced a consistent list of requests. These are community asks, not confirmed features or confirmed gaps in the final game:

⚠️ Unconfirmed. Whether any of these exist at launch is unknown. The demo build is not the launch build, and no first-party options list has been published for PC.

Controller support

Steam lists full controller support plus DualShock and DualSense entries. Combined with the PS5 control descriptors, that means both stick sensitivity and stick inversion are adjustable, and motion and touch controls are not required.
