What the eight Deluxe items actually are
Four are in-game items: a melee weapon called The Nailer, and three weapon skins. One is a charm. The other three are digital extras: an art book, the soundtrack, and a novella titled "Bleeding Hearts". The '80s horror movie filter is a visual mode, not content. None of these has a gameplay effect described on a store page beyond the skins and weapon themselves.
The merchandise Collector's Editions
Separately from the digital editions, physical Collector's Editions with merchandise exist. Saber's pinned Steam post from September 29, 2026 says these versions are sold and fulfilled by Boss Team Games, and that Saber cannot provide additional information about them, including shipping. Questions about an existing Collector's Edition pre-order go to support@bossteamgames.com.
⚠️ Unconfirmed. No first-party page itemises what the merchandise editions contain or what they cost. Read the Collector's Edition page for exactly what is and is not known before you order one.
FAQ
Do Deluxe items unlock at launch?
The store pages do not state per-item unlock timing. The only dated promise is that pre-order skins come with pre-orders of any edition.
Can I upgrade from Standard to Deluxe later?
An upgrade path has not been announced on any store page we checked. The Xbox listing shows the two editions as separate products.
Is the novella available separately?
No separate store listing for the "Bleeding Hearts" novella, the art book or the soundtrack has been announced. They are only listed inside the Deluxe Edition.
